Agreement

By accessing or using HResume (hresume.pro), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to candidates, recruiters (where applicable), and visitors.

The service

HResume provides tools to create and manage resumes, cover letters, work certificates, and related career documents, including optional AI-assisted features and Pro subscriptions. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or contains malware.
• Attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls (including Pro limits).
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission.
• Share account access in a way that violates your plan or these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create (CV data, cover letters, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (including backups, PDF export, and sharing features you enable). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish via share links or public profiles.

AI features

AI suggestions (enhance, job targeting, ATS scoring) are provided as-is for assistance only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review all output before use. Pro and free tiers are subject to usage limits described on our Pricing page.

Paid plans

Pro subscriptions and pricing are described on our Pricing page. International payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Tunisia and other regions may use alternate upgrade paths as shown in the product. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or ATS acceptance by any employer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HResume and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50) if you used only the free plan.
